Establish an efficient maintenance system for the Community.
2. Establish with the Board of Directors the Standards and Specifications
for all routine maintenance.
3. Competitively bid all outside contracted services that may be required.
4. Establish with the Board of Directors staff requirements for the
Community, and supervise all employees.
5. Perform periodic inspections of the Community to ensure that the
high standards of the Community are maintained.
6. Twenty-four hour answering service.
