Paragon Maintenance Service is the maintenance arm of PASCO Property Management, Inc. It is wholly owned by the principals of PASCO and provides the general maintenance services for PASCO's portfolio of clients. Minor roof repairs, carpentry, electrical, grounds, and pool services work can be performed by our staff of ten service technician. In addition to providing a service to our Association clients we available to tackle some of the inside, co-owner responsibility jobs. From out-of-reach light bulbs to shelf installations and sink repairs, we are available.

The following is a list of services that are available:
• Pre moving cleanups:
     Include boxing junk, trash removal, basic cleaning service and yard clean ups.
• Basic plumbing repairs:
     Faucet repair
     Toilet repairs
     Faucet installs
     Toilet installs
     Washer hose replacement
• Drywall repairs:
     Painting, limited in scope.
• Trim/carpentry work:
     Limited in scope
• Installation of:
     New doors
     Storm doors
     Screen replacements
     Glass block window installs
     Chimney cap installation
     Light fixture installation
     Drapery rod install/repair
     Window blind install/repair
• Over winter snowbird checks
• Common kitchen repairs
     Loose cabinet hinges
     Misaligned latches
     Bowed shelves
     Blistered countertops
     Switches replaced
     Dimmers installed.
• Picture hanging
• Closet organizers assembled and installed.
• Circuits marked permanently in the panel.
