Mr. Fortier is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelors of Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. He has been in the multifamily management field since February of 1975 and specifically in Condominium management since 1982. He began as a maintenance man with Flying Dutchman Management and progressed to a Property Managers position. Mr. Fortier was Executive Director of Triad Management Corporation for four years and was appointed President in January 1989. In 1990, Mr. Fortier left Triad Management Corporation to form PASCO Property Management, Inc. Mr. Fortier is a Certified Manager of Community Associations and holds a Real Estate License in the State of Michigan.

Office Manager, Accounts Payable
Roxanne joined PASCO Property Management, Inc. in January 2001. She has been married for 34 years with (2) grown children. Roxanne attended Madonna University majoring in Business and Accounting. Prior to coming to PASCO Property Management, Inc, she and her husband owned and operated a plumbing and mechanical service company for 24 years. Roxanne has brought her experience and background in business, accounting, and customer care to all our Condominium Associations to ensure a high quality standard of service.

Cyndhia
Lasso
Accounts Receivable
Prior to joining PASCO Property Management in January, 2001, Cyndhia worked for Lay-Z Boy Incorporated as the Sales Accounting Assistant. Through that work experience, Cyndhia has become an integral part of PASCO Property Management, Inc. and the handling of our many Condominium Associations assessment receivable accounts. Of her many qualifications, Cyndhia is bilingual in English and Spanish. When Ms. Lasso is not offering excellent customer care and assistance to our many co-owners, she spends her free time with her son Mauricio and her family.

Community Manager
Brian Reilly joined PASCO in 1990 as Facilities manager/Property manager. He left the firm in 2000, and recently returned. He has worked in management and property maintenance, and project management for many years. He achieved designation as Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®), and has a wealth of experience.

Jeffrey L.
Dobbs
Community Association Manager
Jeff is a life-long resident of the Ypsilanti area where he attended Ypsilanti High School and Eastern Michigan University. He began his property management career with McKinley Properties, Inc. where he rapidly progressed to a Community Manager position. Jeff joined PASCO Property Management, Inc. in April of 2001 and is currently managing a portfolio of Condominium Associations of varying sizes. Jeff's educational background in finance is a great asset to both PASCO and the Communities he serves. Mr. Dobbs is a Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA®)
